Kasparov President Chess Computer
ABOUT THIS COMPUTER
This is a very rare chess computer that is mint condition. Even though it is very old, It has only been played with twice - once by Frank Camaratta when determining it's official playing strength for the Computer Rating Association (CRA) in the 1990s and then last week when we tested it to make sure that it worked. We played two complete games with it without problem - it twice drew a 2000-rated USCF player twice in our office. It has been kept in its original box for all of those years in a smoke-free environment, away from sunlight and other things that could damage the finish.Â
The computer is in excellent shape, as if it just came out of the box for the first time. It's been in storage at the House of Staunton for many years, and now we're making it available to one very lucky collector! You'll NEVER find this computer available in such terrific shape. We only have one, unfortunately, so good luck with your bidding!
The User's Manual has a Copyright Notice of 1993, so this is a 20+ Year Old Computer
